Things we liked are: location, cleanliness, cooking facilities. Also, that it was calm and quiet in the mornings.
There were no hooks in the room for hanging things like coats and bags.
The range of pans and cooking utensils were very limited. A bread knife would be very useful and an extra pan.

Location is great, nice quiet residential side street. Felt very safe and close to grocery stores, good food, and public transit. While guest services were only available during a limited time range, they were incredibly helpful and communicative. Unit was clean. Fan provided worked and did help with cool air. Laundry machine worked. Closet storage good/sufficient.
WARNING NO A/C, TOWER FAN ONLY TO HELP WITH THE HEAT! While this is stated in the booking description, it needs to be highlighted as there wasn't really any other way to cool the room. There is an air extractor in the bathroom which was a saving grace.
There are no pictures of this particular unit on the listing as this is most likely the worst one in the building. General pictures are pretty photoshopped relative to the condition of the furnishings in my specific room.
Ground floor unit with main window for ventilation/cool air opening into front yard with garbage cans. Did not feel safe keeping window open past dark as other guests were continuously coming in and out of the unit which I would've like to do to mitigate the heat that was accumulating in the unit throughout the day. This also didn't help with the warm humidity that was getting trapped in the room due to lack of ventilation options. Opening the window towards the trash cans also wasn't a nice feeling as some flies would fly in from the cans.
The fridge had been turned off when I checked in, so had to wait overnight for the fridge to get to the correct temperature. Weak toilet, never had issues at any other places I had stayed at in the UK during rest of the trip. Bathroom very small and so the toilet is basically crammed up next to the sink/vanity. When sitting cannot sit normally, have to angle your body towards the bathroom door. Mold/leak stains on bathroom ceiling which is unsightly and made it feel unclean. Towel warmer/rack right beside the toilet, so towels hanging there are basically right beside your head when you use the toilet/could potentially fall in if you don't close the lid. Chair seat coming apart from legs, while stable I felt like it was broken.
Would've been helpful if they provided a laundry detergent pack and wine bottle opener.
