Disappointing experience!
Free parking, comfortable bed, wi-fi, and water pressure was good in shower. Good communication from host. Not too far from city centre as stated in listing.
Whilst we are not ones to complain or leave a negative review (as we are business owners ourselves), we had initially booked and had confirmed the Apartment 11 which was spacious (50m2 and $112) and the day before our arrival the host changed us to another apartment which was much smaller (30m2 and only $94). Whilst this didn't bother us too much as there is only two of us (and he also offered a full refund if the change didn't suit) we agreed to stay at the new apartment as long as it had three things - Free Parking, Wi-Fi and was clean. He also sent us the listing and the place looked great in the photos.
Whilst the first two met our expectations, on arrival the apartment was not clean at all - toilet was dirty, towels were hanging on a drying rack and there was dog hair everywhere- not only on the floor but in and all over the bed. The host did get the cleaner in shortly after our arrival and must say that it did look a lot better but we got in at 4pm initially and check in was from 3-11pm so would have expected it to be ready.
On a positive note the owner did cover the city tourist tax to make up for the price difference.
Unfortunately it's the first place we've stayed on this trip (over 30 properties) that we have not given a top rating to and would say that it was quite overpriced for what it was.

Нам змінили апартаменти після оплати. Вони виявилися брудними, на ліжку залишилось чиєсь волосся, склалося враження, що постіль не міняли. Мила не було ніякого, лише миючий засіб для посуду. Багато пилу скрізь по квартирі.
