Just fine.

The communication was confusing. They asked us to move to another unit the next day since our booking was only for a studio unit, and they accidentally gave us a 3-bedroom unit. Also, the reception said we had booked 2 units. Very unorganized.

A completely unacceptable experience marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism and no assistance when we nee

We had informed the owner in advance that we would arrive at the residence between 12:30 and 1:30 a.m. However, when we arrived, we were told that the apartment we had reserved was already occupied by other guests. This shows a serious lack of professionalism for anyone working in the hospitality industry. We tried every possible way to contact the owner, but no one answered. We waited for two hours in the lobby of the residence without any assistance or solution. As a result, we had to contact Booking to express our strong dissatisfaction and to report the unprofessional behavior of an establishment listed on their platform. Since it was already 3 a.m. and no alternative accommodation could be found, we were forced to spend the night sleeping in the lobby of the residence. We sincerely hope that other guests are not treated the way we were. We were also very surprised that we never received any apology for this situation. We truly hope that this will not happen again.
