The property was exactly where I needed it, the neighbours were friendly, bedding was clean, the bathroom and toilet what was clean there was room to put your clothes away and plenty of beds! Towels are supplied! THE HOST! when we had an issue he was at the end of the phone between office hours
On arrival there was pots from the previous person on the draining board, the cupboard in the kitchen needed a clean and were breaking, the beds are very noisy and I’d advise to take your own pillow as they are thin and only one, bins were overflowing so couldn’t put our rubbish away, cleaner did come before check out so that was awkward and to say this property is for 7 there is not enough seating in the living room and not enough crockery we had to go out and buy mug to have a warm drink l, there was no cleaning products to wash and dry pots

Great location for being outside the city. Good bus routes, shops nearby.
Gardens were quite overgrown, but given the weather over the previous few weeks it's not a huge shock. Told owner after we left and they had it cleared away same day. The couch was also a bit rickety. One of the desk fans was also not working.

Beds were made and Towels were presented on top, the place was in a presentable manner when was entering.
Sofa bed was missing bed covers and a towel. The bathroom door does not lock so using it means leaving it ajar. The bed frames honestly need replacing as sleeping on them can be quite uncomfortable. One of the beds didn't feel washed as unpleasant hairs were found under the covers.
