Great location, beautiful new apartments near restaurants, beach, and entertainment.
We had a few maintenance glitches such as a key that didn’t work and left us outside multiple times trying to get in the apartment. Management was prompt after the second time and had a locksmith address the issue. Minor leaks in bathroom ceiling and AC in bedroom that leaked down walls were addressed promptly same day.
Had electrical issues that popped the circuit breaker twice. It was very close to the beach and shopping but it was a little loud at night with people partying at a club. Need ear plugs and white noise app.
Management friendly and responsive . Overall, a good stay! Would recommend a welcome folder with map, wifi for pool and general information on the area would be helpful to future guests.
