When we booked the room, there were long instructions thay said "There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions." However, we never received an email, so it was very difficult to find the exact location. We called the number provided, and the man who answered was very helpful. Also, it turned out that no such pre-registration was required. Once we got there, the staff was friendly and the accommodations simple but nice, just what we needed. There was a communal kitchen, but we had our own bathroom and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Also, we were able to securly park our car right there.

The Vila is a good start for a budget rental. Individual small apartments are clean and beds are comfortable. Outdoor kitchen is deplorable with one working burner for cooking.
No oven or microwave.
Walk to the beach area is 20 minutes.
