• Must be 25 years old to reserve the home. Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.
• Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at property.
• Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
• No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
• No uninvited guests without permission
• Do not take bath towels to the beach.
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

The good: Beautifully decorated, comfortable space for our whole group. Short walk to the beach. Will definitely book again. The fixables: Guest bath does not have a shower surround, so all 7 of us had to use the one shower. Sofa bed linens were missing, and no dishwasher pods. Backyard had too many sticker burrs to enjoy yard games and no back fence. We made due and still had a great stay!

Good location and nice downstairs tv/game room. Major issue was a tub with no curtains for their one of two bathrooms. Day at the beach and adults Tri v to rinse off in a tub and splashing water everywhere. At least put a curtain around it so you can stand up. No coffee, only had one trash bag for the whole house, and just seemed very corporate type of rental. Not terrible but definitely not 5 stars. Could use some outdoor furniture and just missing small things

The house was really pretty. Even though you cannot see the beach from the house, the walk is very short to get there. As cute as the house was, however, there was one thing that I wish I had known about before I booked this house. The upstairs is not connected to the downstairs. My teenage daughter insisted on staying downstairs but there was no bathroom down there either so in the middle of the night she would have to call me to come unlock the back door for her since it did not have a keypad or key to get in. If I did not open the backdoor for her the only other option for her to get to the main house is to walk around to the front of the house and up the steps to get into the upstairs. The backyard is also opened up with no back fence so probably not the safest situation if you plan to sleep downstairs. The deck in the backyard has rusty nails sticking pretty far up so it was not safe to be barefoot at all. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. If you need something softer, I suggest bringing a mattress topper. There are plenty of places to sleep and it is quite spacious. The decor is so cute. Very welcoming. Large kitchen to cook in. If you cook in the kitchen, you may want to take any trash with food in it out immediately because there will be ants coming in quickly, but they leave as soon as the trash is removed for the most part. The location of the house is perfect. Within a short walking distance to the beach and the seawall. Crosswalk straight to the beach or you can stay on the seawall and walk to Murdochs or the pier.
