Nicely situated modern home on a dead end street, right on the water. Walk to the end of the street to access the beach, super pretty and very quiet. (Watch out for loose sand when the tide is low!) We enjoyed the large windows, views of eagles and sea otters passing by. Owners should pull the photo of the hot tub as it has been moved to an unappealing corner of the yard. Unfortunately the master bedroom had a funky smell, so we slept separately in the two other bedrooms...not as nice for a couple. Agent was very responsive via text and apologetic about the bedroom situation, so we appreciated her professionalism. We'd give this property another try if that issue is resolved!

We had a lovely stay at this Greenbank home. The views are incredible. We were all comfortable including our dog. The kitchen and main room are very spacious. Beds are great and bedrooms have room to spread out. We all enjoyed the heated toilet seat downstairs (an unexpected luxury). The deck off the sliding doors offers a wind protected warm place to relax in the sun. A wonderful stay!
