This lovely home has so much character and is so inviting. Beginning with the four spacious bedrooms (two up and two down with the twin beds on the second floor) that have storage galore. The beds are quite comfortable and there are full chest of drawers and plenty of closet space (with hangers) in each bedroom for all of your clothing. The kitchen is nicely appointed and large enough for three or four people to work alongside one another with a working flow. The appliances are up to date and easy to use. There are two dining areas and two sitting areas that are quite comfortable. The living room has a large sofa that is very comfortable. So, just relax and enjoy a show. The beautiful built-ins house a plethora of films. The curtains in all of the rooms are very pretty beachy patterns and are black out so that is a nice touch whether you are sleeping in or watching a movie. The pool is very refreshing. A cool clean respite after a hot time on the beach or out running around the island. In the shade after 5PM, the pool is a perfect place to unwind after a day of activity. Or, like my granddaughters, you can begin your day with a nice swim...the morning sun glistening on the crystal clear water. My family enjoyed this home very much and we would like to return to this home when we stay in Galveston. Many thanks to the property owner for sharing their warmly comfortable home!
