About this apartment rental
With this property literally a stones throw from the lake front and an easy stroll into town - it makes it the perfect place for your weekend getaway!
There is underground car parking for 2 small cars, with internal access. The bathroom has a spa bath, a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine.
The outdoor communal pool and hot tub is heated.
Relax on the balcony, in the evening, after a day of adventures.
The entire property is yours to enjoy, please note the internal staircase.
The bathroom is accessed via connecting doors from both bedrooms and is located on the upper floor. The separate toilet is on the middle floor.
The pool and hot hub is shared by the other guests staying at the complex.
There is underground parking available with internal access to the property
Entry is via key pad.

A few meters walk to the lake front and a 10 minute walk to Taupo CBD where you can enjoy the many restaurants and activities on offer.
Before check in, guest will be asked to choose between a refundable security deposit or a non refundable damage waiver. (portal link will be sent in the to guest after your booking is confirmed)
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be `no`, for health and safety reasons.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

The property has potential, but unfortunately cleanliness, maintenance, and basic amenities were a letdown.The tile floors were visibly dirty and appeared overdue for a proper deep clean. The bedding also raised concerns — the duvet did not feel clean, and the extra blankets stored in the bedroom closets had a strong, unpleasant smell.The second upstairs bedroom is not well suited for guests. It doesn’t have a proper window (only shutters), which made the room very cold at night. There is also no heater provided, and the electric blanket on one of the beds couldn’t reach a power outlet, making it unusable.We were also told in advance that the heaters would be turned on prior to our arrival, as we were checking in around 8:30 pm and the property manager was aware of this. However, when we arrived, the property was very cold and none of the heating units were on, which made the first night particularly uncomfortable.The balcony was quite dirty as well, so we chose not to use it during our stay.Additionally, the kitchen was poorly equipped — there wasn’t a single sharp knife available, making basic food preparation difficult.The property also has a generally run-down feel. There are visible signs of neglect, such as peeling wallpaper and ceiling fixtures that appear loose or hanging.
