Decorated with a taste of Hawaii that will set the mood to kick start your Hawaiian adventures. Fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy stay. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this little downtown Kona condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was exactly as described — spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location for exploring Kona.The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcomed throughout our stay. Their communication was excellent, and all the thoughtful touches made such a difference.The condo itself had the perfect island vibe and was the ideal place to relax after our adventures each day. Being so close to downtown made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront while still feeling peaceful and cozy.We only stayed two days, but we honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The Lanai was amazing eating dinner after hours, the town really came to life and the ambiance was 100%. We would absolutely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Kona getaway!

This property was the perfect location and easy to get to. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need! And all high quality. Beverly was amazing to work with and answered all my questions quickly. We were able to check in earlier and leave later. Which made our trip easy and less stressful. I was extremely happy and with everything and will definitely be back!! Thank you Beverly for sharing your home away from home with us!!

Host interaction was positive but unfortunately our experience in the condo was not enjoyable. The place was very dirty by our standards. We had to wash all dishes, pots, utensils and silverware before using them. It’s as if the dishwasher didn’t work before but the host said she had just replaced the dishwasher. Who knows!! The location which is not the host’s fault was adjacent to a side street and very noisy at night. If you like to party or are a deep sleeper then it shouldn’t bother you. Having a parking space was nice but it is first come, first serve in finding a spot. Host was very kind and left a lovely card welcoming us with a nice basket of fruit and goodies. Aloha spirit was there but she never did respond to a note we left her about the conditions. Probably won’t be returning. Location is very convenient to stores and restaurants and the shore. Comfortable beds.
