Idealne lokalizacja. W samym sercu Sarajewa:)Obiekt posiada udogodnienia jakich potrzeba podczas pobytu- od suszarki i sprzętu kuchennego po klimatyzację. Obsługa pomocna i będąca w kontakcie- non stop. Pani Sabina kompetentna i służącą radą, świetna relacja jakości do ceny!
Być może wejście do lokali można byłoby poprawić.

Amazing apartment! Spacious, cozy, comfortable and clean! The hosts are in touch and very helpful.
It was a bit tricky with the boiler, but I managed to fix it.

Location near the old city and the spacious apartment itself are great. The airconditioning was nice since it was 30+ degrees outside.
It was a strange experience. First of all, the communication was bad from the start. We didnt receive any information about how check-in works beforehand, so we texted the number in the contact info. She then said we should contact the owner via another number (then why not just share this number in Booking?). We were only told that check-in is from 15:00, but he asked if we could come an hour later at 16:00 because of cleaning. No further info. We got the information for getting in after calling him but when we arrived the apartment was not well cleaned, only superficially with dust still on the floors. (We cleaned it later ourselves). The booking ad said someone would meet us for the payment but there was nobody. We called again to ask about it and he said he would be there in 20 min. This took another hour. He didnt even say he would be late, we just called again after it was almost an hour later and he said he would be there soon.
There were no shower/kitchen towels and when we asked at 17:00 he said he would bring it later that evening. I think they forgot, so we didnt have any towels first day and couldnt shower. The owner also did not reply to our message.
On the second day early morning we got woken up by the doorbell and a lady was bringing us towels. I mean this is good but why not text us before to let us know? The second surprise that morning was when the police rang the doorbell repeatedly and said they were looking for someone from the apartment. We didn't know cause we're tourists - it made us feel uncomfortable.
All in all we didn't feel like they care about guests. In professional communication or even to make sure there is basic amenities like towels so you can take a shower when you want.
