Spacious room, very clean, quiet and tastefully decorated. Good AC. Very central location. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Spacious, clean, good location not for from multiple stations
My single thing here was just the pillows, and this comes down to preference. A bit thin and hard.

The location, the room space for 4 persons and large luggages, kitchenette, storage room and the staff. The rooms are very clean. It is very similar to a small apartment.

The location was very good - it’s not centrally in Ginza as expected but more in the Hatchobori area, however the transport links are good, with multiple stations nearby. I found this a good location for getting around Tokyo - Shibuya and Shinjuku in the west and Asakusa, Tokyo Station and Akihabara northwards, and convenient for Disneyland too. The facilities in the room were good, with a kitchenette and laundry
I did get annoyed because I had requested the sofa bed to be made up and it wasn’t, and I got home after a long day of walking around and was told by the staff that the cleaners had gone for the day and I had to make it up myself. The staff later apologised and offered late check out for their mistake, but that wasn’t that helpful to me and it left a sour feeling during the stay. Also they charge for early check in. I often ask hotels if the room is ready early can they let me check in a little early and usually this is fine, but at this hotel they charge you if you do. I’ve never come across that before and I think it’s a bit unfair considering the room is empty anyway. Also this place didn’t have as many extra amenities around the room like bottled water (the tap water is drinkable but I didn’t like the taste of it) and the usual little toothbrushes, hairbrushes etc (though I heard you can request some of these items at the front desk)
