Hotel bien ubicado, cerca del transporte público. Se puede ir a Ginza caminando. Barrio tranquilo, con supermercado a 100 mts, y farmacia también muy cerca. Tiene recepción y son todos muy amables. Destaco el trato exquisito de Will, muy educado, servicial y dispuesto a solucionar cualquier pequeña incidencia que pudiera presentarse. La habitación es cómoda para ser Japón, el baño es amplio. Todo está impecable, limpian cada 3 noches, pero retiran la basura todos los días y hay disponibles toallas para reponer a diario. La experiencia fue muy favorable, volvería a elegir este establecimiento.

Absolutely wonderful stay — one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! From the very beginning, we were impressed by the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed anything. One moment especially stayed with us: one day we came back to the hotel completely soaked after getting caught in the rain. As soon as we walked in, the staff immediately noticed our situation and offered us warm towels. It was such a small gesture, but it showed an extraordinary level of care and attention to guests. The room itself was fantastic. The architectural design was truly excellent, with every detail carefully thought through. The space was divided into very strategic zones, which made the room feel significantly larger than it actually was and, most importantly, incredibly comfortable and ergonomic to use. Everything had its place, and the layout made everyday living in the room very easy. We also loved the thoughtful amenities throughout the hotel. It is clear that a lot of attention has been given to understanding what guests might actually need. Umbrellas were available by the entrance for guests to use, which was especially appreciated in Tokyo’s unpredictable weather, and there were warm drinks available in the lobby — a lovely touch after a long day of exploring the city. The location was another major advantage. The hotel is situated in a peaceful, quieter area, which gave us the perfect opportunity to start the day calmly and unwind after returning from Tokyo’s busy and noisy neighbourhoods. At the same time, it was very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautifully designed, exceptionally comfortable, perfectly thought out and, above all, run by a team that genuinely cares about its guests. We would happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Appart Hôtel très pratique pour les famille. Très bien situé près du métro près de toutes les grandes lignes. Le quartier est calme . Le personnel est excellent.

Les chambres étaient petites mais nous le savions en réservant 😅 finalement. Elles sont bien conçues mais les inconvénients sont vraiment peu de rangement pour les vêtements et pas de place pour les valises ( faut s’organiser😅)
