I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the area is absolutely beautiful. I felt really happy staying here, and I’m honestly very sad to leave. I already can’t wait to come back to Tokyo and stay here again. ❤️🇯🇵 Highly recommended!

Staff were so friendly and the complimentary toiletries including expensive l'occatane face sets made my stay luxurious. Location was amazing too with good high floor room views over the bridge in Tokyo at night. Room also had free water and coffee machine.
Nothing- absolutely perfect. As a recommendation it would maybe be worthwhile investing in a pool/spa over the long term but i appreciate this isn't easy to do in a congested city like Tokyo!

Refa hair dryer. Spacious room and shower, strong shower. Reception staffs are very welcoming and speak good enough.
Poor housekeeping. Doesn’t clean entire room everyday, only change bedsheets. Doesn’t take out trash. I believe it was one particular housekeeper who didn’t do a proper job because some days are nice and thoroughly cleaned some are not. Should also have hand wash soap in the WC sink.
