The location was wonderful with tsukiji being right on the block. Easy to get to and from many parts of Tokyo with convenient bus and subway entrances. Amenities (especially washer/dryer for clothes) were great. The morning coffee and tea were great.
Expect to transfer subway lines at least one more if you want to explore others parts of Tokyo.

Very continent location, everything was so close by and easy to walk to
Everything was honestly perfect to us. If there was 1 thing to say I guess maybe offering a full room cleaning service would be helpful.

The hotel is close to the local train station and there was a fish market right outside the front door. The location was perfect. It was bustling during the day and quiet and relaxing at night.
Some of the surrounding business had strange business hours and stalls in the fish market closed earlier than expected. There were some leaks/flooding taking place during our visit, but the staff was handing it well.
