Its close to Ginza shopping streets. Close to major roads but not noisy. Exactly next to the famous Tsukiji fish market.

Great onsen, good rooms, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
The rooms are quite small so no space for suitcases at all when with more than one person. But I know this is normal in Tokyo hotels. Staff friendly but impersonal. Not pleasant that the airco switched off during the night so I woke up sweaty in the middle of the night. Otherwise nice hotel.

Great location near the tsukiji market and transit. The room was quiet and comfortable, as requested. We really enjoyed our stay. Our son loved the orange juice machine
Pillows were a bit hard and flat but that is personal preference.

The reception was great, especially I male member I thinks he is from Thailand, this the only thing that I liked in this hotel.
The location is not near any train station, train stations need a good walk to reach, the area is not friendly and not good for families, the beds were so low and not comfortable, the whole experience was bad and not god value for money.
