Our second stay at this property and it didn't disappoint. Ideally situated near the Tsukiji fish market. This property is a perfect landing point in Tokyo. We will be back again.

The staff were lovely, super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right beside Tsukiji Market and around a 15-minute walk to the main Ginza area. The accommodation itself was comfortable and a good size for Tokyo.
The accommodation was a little smaller than we expected. They kindly provided a cot for our baby, but unfortunately it didn’t fit inside the bedroom, which made things a little tricky. We also had to empty the rubbish ourselves, and the room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, which was less convenient when travelling with a baby.

The staff was the best about this property. Very kind and helpful girls at the reception desk. The washing machine was great too, not something you find in every hotel.
There was no cleaning of the rooms at all. This meant that you had to take out your own garbage too. If you wanted to get your room cleaned you had to pay ¥7,000 which I found a bit outrageous for a service that would have been provided for free by a proper hotel at these prices.
