Breakfast ends at 9:30, but it seems standard in Japan.

The location is perfect. The hotel is big. The rooms are small. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are clean.
Pay attention at kids I could not have them accept us with a 9 y.o in the same room. So we ended up to paying two rooms, one never used. They do not make reservations for guests even when asked to be translators as it is difficult to make a phone reservation without speaking Japanese. Very strict when it comes to breakfast 9:30 last order meant food is starting to be taken away. At 10 we were told we must leave.

Excellent location in Ginza district, very close to several metro stations, restaurants, shops… spacious and very clean rooms, with comfortable beds and excellent high pressure shower. All the staff was super nice and helpful during our full stay. Good internet connection. I will definitely come back next time I visit Tokyo.
Breakfast is a bit expensive. I had breakfast to a coffee shop just 2 min walking from the hotel (there are others).
