I loved the location of this hotel. My single room was very small, but I knew this when booking.
When checking in, the staff weren't super friendly, but new staff next day were great.

The breakfast was amazing! Served beautifully almost like Afternoon Tea. Location suited us - 15 mins walk from Tokyo Station. Would come back just for the breakfast!

Rooms were large enough (compared to the Japan standard) and clean. The room was quiet and tidy. Staff was really kind and helped us navigate our way to the airport the next day.
Everything was really nice, the only issue is that our bathroom had a slightly weird smell when we came back from dinner in the evening. After a while it dispersed. Perhaps it is because the building appeared to be slightly old. Other than that, good option to spend a couple days in Ginza.

It’s time for it to be renovated, the bath was nice and deep
No space, the drawers didn’t open and close properly, the fridge cupboard door had dropped, there was dirt around the lids of shower gel and shampoo, the hot tap in the bath was filthy underneath it all needs a good scrub.
