Lovely old building well situated in town, room was clean

It was pretty cold when we visited, some better heating would be welcome in the accommodation room and the communal areas, a toaster and microwave in the communal dining would also be useful

Charming property with lots history. Comfortable room, good facilities. Lovely common room with coffee and tra facilities with sun filled verandah.

It’s an old building with loads history, you can’t expect it to be brand new.

The building was lovely, and was very close to town. There was a 'common' lounge room with coffee machine & balcony, garden to sit in and lots of seating places. Plenty of parking and easy to access.

The rooms were very cold. Kind of expect that with the age of the property, but the heating was a little inadequate and the electric blankets on the bed didn't work. We tried calling the number on the front door (no information could be found in room) but nobody answered. Saw the owner when we arrived and again in the morning, but saw absolutely nobody else in the days of our stay. Very odd! Very disappointed there were lots of comments about a lovely breakfast, but it wasn't until we booked we received a note to say they no longer provide breakfast. couldn't find anything about connecting to free wi-fi.
