Wouldn’t book again, although is in a good location with staff trying to make it better I think.

Reasonably priced, generally clean and tidy although a little shabby around the edges, admirable what the team are doing as appears they have took it over to run it themselves. Investment is needed badly

Told, by a message through booking.com, about an hour or so before we were due to arrive that the pool was closed, after being assured it would be open (I’d specifically asked before hand and the main reason we booked the place - due to medical conditions that having time in a pool helps ease). Due to how and when we were told it was too late to try to book elsewhere as there was 11 of us in the group. We had a 4 night stay with them. We had 3 chalets, with issues found in each one - beds and some furniture broken (which we fixed ourselves), no hot water, 2 showers were broken, but worst was no working toilet in one of the chalets. While most was fixed (or was attempted to be fixed) the toilet was not touched or looked at - no offer of a move was made, despite asking. We notified them on the first day x 2 times, again the second day and again the 3rd day, gave up for the 4th as we’re leaving in the morning anyway but did mention it again before checking out. While we could use each others toilets or the camping block toilets when you book a chalet with a private bathroom you expect it to work not to have to traipse across the park or disturb the others through the night to use their toilet. Very little reception cover so difficult to report issues as there is only a voicemail out of hours and then no one else around. You are also responsible for thoroughly cleaning the property for the next people before checking out too. Initially offered a 10% refund SOLELY for the pool being closed however declined that due to making the complaint re the toilet and other issues and didn’t want that to resolve all the other issues by accepting it as advised by booking.com However due to refusing that offer apparently booking.com are now “unable” to help now and refuse to investigate the full complaint as we shouldn’t have declined the 10%. So you’re in the wrong either way! Booking.

It was ok.

They are a good size for a family of 4. Well stocked kitchenette

The pool is constantly packed with limited disability accesses. The entry way into the site is constantly packed with cars from locals who use the pool facilities. There’s barely any staff around. The front of my lodge/cabin was dirty. The window in my room was broken and didn’t shut. Which isn’t great for parents with autistic kids who like to elope. There was something huge under the decking at night! My guess it was a rat? Loads of Israeli families, being and acting quite intimidating.

Our little kid got sick and we asked them to extend our stay but they did not allow us.

The garbage place was only one and took us 15 minutes walk to go through our garbage there.

Value for money. Ideal for 3-4 nights as a base camp for exploring

Clean comfortable caravans with basics for a short stay. Supermarket has a good range of everyday items and snack bar good too.

Low Budget Unterkunft ohne große Ansprüche,aber okay und Zweckmäßig.

Hellhörig und eng bebaut.Das kann schon Mal laut werden wenn Franzosen Party machen. Etwas heruntergekommen und begrenzt sauber. Das Haus hat gestunken und das hat auch Lüften nicht geholfen.. Viele Hunde .Nichts für Allergiker
