Te cancelan y ya te apañes.

Nada, no pude dormir ya que tuvieron la gentileza de cancelarme, UNILATERALMENTE, el mismo día de mi llegada minutos antes de llegar, dejándome casi a las 8 de la noche en plenas pascuas sin alojamiento. Si yo hubiera hecho eso, se hubieran quedado mi dinero, a mí me lo hacen, y ya me buscaré la vida, esas horas.

Ninguna empatía, simplemente alegó que se había duplicado la reserva, una reserva que llevaba meses hecha, que ya habían cobrado y no se dan cuenta hasta el mismo día por la noche ( que podría haber estado allí desde medio día), que la tienen duplicada ... La verdad es que lo dudo, o es una gestión nefasta...

Apartamiento bien ubicado en Pinos Genil. Bien equipado y cómodo para una pareja. Muy cómodo para subir a esquiar a Seirra Nevada y no quieres/puedes alojarte en la urbanización

No funcionaba el ascensor y es una segunda planta. Incómodo si tienes que subir equipaje o tienes problemas de movilidad
