Idéal pour couple (pas de grand parents)

L appartement est vraiment proche de la mer, c'est super idéal et loin de l'agitation et des fêtes le soir. il a été rénové avec soins et goût. Il a été bien pensé pour être fonctionnelle et il y avait un jeu de cartes, morpion en bois, et le nécessaires pr cuisiner dans de belles poêles et casseroles.👍 Notice claire pr retrouver les clef et le code immeuble. Double de clef niquel ❤️ Proche du karting pour les enfants et de la Thalasso 🥂 Rideaux pour séparation salon chambre tbien Je recommande pour des petits séjours et sans enfants et grand parents

La vue sur des gros poteaux électriques devant les fenêtres ( à 2m) qu'on ne voit pas ds les photos sur booking. Les étages : 3 sans ascenseur non indiqué. On a épuisé mamie 🤕.. Pas de ventilation du tout, vieil immeuble.

Mauvaise expérience

Appartement bien agencé et plutôt fonctionnel

Service de conciergerie déplorable. Arrivés à 23h30 après un retard de train en pleine canicule, nous n’avons pas trouvé la clé dans la boîte à clé (qui ne se situe pas dans l’immeuble où est l’appartement). Lorsque nous avons contacté la conciergerie, précisant que nous étions avec un bébé de 6 mois et qu’il faisait plus de 30 degrés, la personne que j’ai eue au téléphone ne s’est pas excusée une seule fois, m’indiquant que c’était de notre faute d’être arrivés aussi tard et m’a même raccroché au nez quand j’ai fait part de mon mécontentement de devoir attendre dans ces conditions, avant de dire à mon mari qui l’a rappelée qu’il n’y avait pas mort d’homme. Indépendamment de ces conditions d’arrivée, il faisait extrêmement chaud dans l’appartement, les ventilateurs loués en supplément étaient ultra bruyants et pour les brancher nous avons dû acheter une rallonge car il n’y avait pas assez de prises. La cafetière et la lampe de chevet ne fonctionnaient pas, la douche n’est pas équipée de rideau donc on met de l’eau partout dans la salle de bain. Enfin à savoir, une caution de 500€ doit être déposée (soit quasiment le montant du séjour pour ce qui nous concerne) sans état des lieux d’entrée ni de sortie, et sans notification lorsqu’elle est libérée. Contacté après le séjour sur ces difficultés afin de solliciter un geste commercial, l’agence de location n’a pas daigné répondre.
