We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was modern, fun and comfortable, with a great location just outside the city centre. It’s walkable, has good bus links and is also really convenient for the airport. The king bed was very comfortable and the space was ideal for a few nights. Stephen was a fantastic host - really quick to respond and provided all the information we needed.
A few small downsides: being on the ground floor meant the apartment was quite dark especially the bedroom, which sits beneath the staircase so you can hear footsteps from other residents as they come and go. There was also a slight bad smell to the apartment and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
Overall, a lovely base for exploring Belfast, with a few areas that could be improved.

Clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped
Couldn’t get ordinary tv channels. Bathroom extractor constantly running, owner explained how to take out fuse which required me to stand on a chair

Good location and nicely laid out out and in a modern style
We could not get the WIFI to work. The bikes weren’t avalible but the owner offered to pay for us to use the city bikes which we didn’t do as the cost would have been quite high as we planned to cycle quite a bit.
