The house and condominium is lovely. The pool at the house is heated to a lovely temperature. The house is clean and well kept. There was an additional floor bed which was ideal for one of our babies as it was low to the ground. The facilities around were very good. The indoor pay room could be accessed at any time during the day and our toddler loved it. The outdoor playground was very good but for slightly bigger kids (maybe 3 or 4+). The gym was nice but some machines we were unable to turn on. The whole area is well kept. It takes just under 10 minutes to walk from the house to the start of the condominium, from there the beach is very close just across the road and the village was about another 10 minutes walk. There is someone on the beach from the condominium who will set up some chairs and an umbrella for you which is very helpful and more chairs and umbrella are available in the house to bring yourself. The towels and bedsheets provided were of good quality
Although it states that daily cleaning is an additional charge, I did not think it was clear that this is a mandatory charge of R$250 per day, it is not optional. We were only told this the night before arriving. This service is for a housekeeper who cooks and cleans for a few hours during the day. Although the service is good, I dont know why it could not be made clear at booking if it is mandatory. I was also disappointed that despite being told about the cleaning service the night before, we were not told until arrival that we needed to buy the cleaning products. We travelled a long way with 2 babies and after arriving we had to leave and find a supermarket to buy cleaning products, if we had been told this beforehand, we could have been prepared and not needed to leave. I would also prefer the payment method for this service was sent on before the trip.
