quality of the apartment is below zero

The location was really good

Firstly the apartment temperature was around 16-18 degrees for all the 3 nights and the radiators didn’t work at all. Secondly there are a bunch of holes on the doors and also the smell inside the apartment is strange. Thirdly the bed quality is really bad is just poor rubber mattress. Finally the quality of the apartment is below zero

Eindhoven one night

Location was good,very close of main train station and flixbus stop,restaurants,markets,bars...

Eindhoven was very hot and there is not air condition in the flat.We saw some cooling machine but it was not enough.Flat key does not work properly we could not lock the door and we put some chair behind of the door to feel safe in the night.Just one night os ok.

OK for 1 night

Basic clean accommodation. Fine for 1 night. Bed was comfy and we had everything we needed but it's rough around the edges. Internet was poor. I was very shocked to read about prostitution in the rules. I've never stayed anywhere that mentioned this before and found it quite offensive!

La struttura è in pieno centro e carina nel complesso, ma con diverse cose da migliorare: pulizia non impeccabile, buchi nelle pareti e doccia senza luce.

Cosa più grave: per il servizio di Late Check Out mi hanno inviato un link di pagamento configurato male che si è attivato come abbonamento giornaliero di 30€. Il sistema ha continuato a prelevarmi soldi ogni giorno a mia insaputa! Nonostante abbiano promesso il rimborso, ad oggi il problema non è ancora risolto e l'abbonamento risulta tuttora attivo sul mio account, con continui tentativi di addebito. L’errore è grave!! Se soggiornate qui, fate grandissima attenzione a qualsiasi link di pagamento che vi inviano!
