The studio apartment is self contained, kitchen, toilet/bathroom, dining table, wardrobe, ironing facilities, kettle, microwave, electric-hob, air conditioner etc. Anything that is required for the stay is made available.
The place is furnished to quite a high standard.
There are 3 supermarkets and few restaurants within walking distance.
The old-town is just nearby, walking distance.
The wall is not exactly sound proof and you can hear commotions from the room besides and upstairs.

Very good location near old town. Walking distance. Near Harbour activities
The window of the room is right next to the pavement where people park their cars and walking past. Opposite a Burger den where people are very wild and talking loud until 3 in the morning. We were over the weekend there.

It'is close to the marine. It's secure. There are supermarkets near by. You can cook, and wash and dry clothes. It is very convenient.
The mattres is too soft. It gave me back pain. The bed lines are old and caused me skin irritation. The bathroom smells like sewage.
