This apartment left an exceptionally positive impression. It is perfectly clean, features a fresh modern renovation, and is fully equipped with high-quality appliances for a comfortable stay. The absolute highlight is the spacious terrace offering a stunning view of the archaeological wall, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, it is a wonderful, atmospheric place for those who value aesthetics and comfort, provided the 5th floor is not an obstacle, and I highly recommend it.
However, future guests should note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor, making it completely unsuitable for people with limited mobility or those who struggle with stairs. Additionally, the only minor downside regarding the kitchen is the lack of a microwave, though a stove is available.

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Οι χώροι είναι άνετοι και υπάρχουν αρκετά ράφια και αποθηκευτικοί χώροι, γεγονός που το καθιστά πρακτικό για τη διαμονή.
Το κτίριο είναι πολύ παλιό και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, μέχρι και τον δεύτερο όροφο, υπάρχει έντονη μυρωδιά μούχλας και τσιγάρου. Επίσης, δεν διαθέτει ασανσέρ και το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο, γεγονός που το καθιστά ακατάλληλο για παχύσαρκα άτομα, άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα ή επισκέπτες με βαριές βαλίτσες. Επιπλέον, το στρώμα ήταν πολύ σκληρό για τα δικά μου δεδομένα, το κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι φαινόταν να υπολειτουργεί και δεν μπορούσε να δροσίσει ικανοποιητικά τον χώρο, ενώ η τηλεόραση δεν διέθετε σύνδεση κεραίας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι διαθέσιμα τα επίγεια τηλεοπτικά κανάλια.
