Great location, right across the street from the US embassy...you can see the embassy from the living room and dinning area windows in apartment 1225(our location)..Pleased with everything...
Didn't like the Ac in the living room, it was stuck on 23,wouldn't really get cold...but,other than that it was definitely worth the money...My daughter and I are going to spend one night in Manila next February, we will be returning to the property.

I didn’t like the window, because it opened on its own when the winds is strong. Even if i locked it.

The apartment has good space and a nice view of the bay. The beds were very comfortable. You will definitely sleep well.
The apartment is extremely dated. Shower curtains, furniture, and much of the flooring should be replaced.

amenities: no slippers provided, no floor drains thus making the water stagnant from the shower, leaking faucet, floor tiles are uneven making it unsafe for children
