The perfect location, with new amenities, comfortable bed, good value for the money.
It's located in a basement which considering the value is not that bad but there was a bad smell from canals and also from smoking. At least there is a window, an air refreshener unit and also a mosquito net which even many hotels lack. I didn't like the quite difficult checkin process (probably there was some issue since they delayed my checkin for around 15:30 despite being stated as 14:00).

La ubicación era perfecta, el trato de Catalina muy bueno. Aire acondicionado. Y nos dejaron unas cápsulas de café.
No se parecía en nada al aspecto de las fotos, muy poco espacioso, situado en un semisótano que tenia mucha humedad en el habiente, la cama tenia una ropa de cama un tanto pequeña para dos personas y la manta que tenia por encima dejaba que desear en aspecto y función, el cuarto de baño era muy pequeño y la cortina se te pega al cuerpo continuamente. La cocina a dejaba mucho que desear, nada de equipamiento a parte de una sartén y una pequeña olla, sin escurridores, sin utiles de cocina ni cubertería completa. Además si ponías los dos fuegos a la vez cuando llevaba un rato se sobre calentaban y se apagaban. Sin ventilación, para cocinar hay que abrir la puerta del apartamento y una pequeña ventana que da al suelo de la calle.
