Staff was absolutely great and helpful. Hotel manager (Piyush) was a very soft, ready to help and nice person. Food was very good. I love all the facilities including bonfire. Room was extremely clean and comfy. Hot water and heater facility was exceptional. Would stay there if I visit Manali again.
