Its a nice hotel with a super nice view. The pool area is incredible and also the other chill out areas near the water. The breakfast was nice.
Its quite noisy from the road. Especially if you sit around the reception area and even the room. Though when the windows and doors are closed its okay. But its not very romantic to hear the busy road so much. Also the maintanance could be better - its a bit old in some parts and needs renovation.

Everything was fabulous. The staff were professional and very friendly. They gave free massage for my birthday and cocktails to celebrate. They made our stay very special. Would always come back to their hotel if I am back in Koh Samui. The view from our balcony was insane. Their food was so good, that we have not even went to other restaurants to eat, but ordered every day from their restaurant.

I'd like the availability of the staff and the possibility of renting their scooters. Good value of money.
Although the property is pleasant overall, it could benefit from some maintenance improvements. The pool area, in particular, shows some signs of wear and tear, especially around the pool edges and in the sections equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which could be refurbished and better maintained to further enhance the guest experience.

Nice views. Buffet breakfast, yoga and massage excellent. Food and drinks excellent.
Older hotel. Needs some upgrading in central areas. Good for one or 2 nights if you book the room with plunge pool otherwise the main pool is crowded with limited chairs and coverage. Mosquitoes are a problem here. Nowhere to swim in ocean. Nearest Beach loaded with rocks and reef. You cannot swim in the ocean from the hotel. Very dangerous rocks and coral. Nearest beach with good swimming you need to take a taxi then sit in the beach with a towel.
No ocean access. Pool small but nice. Too much climbing up stairs. Definitely a place for younger guests or short stays.
Rooms small with ok views and nowhere to put your stuff.
