Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich die meisten Speisen nicht kannte und sie waren nicht auf Englisch ausgezeichnet. Essen ist mir aber nicht so wichtig.
Was ich in jedem Fall hervorheben möchte, ist das Hotelpersonal. Sie waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Außerdem gab es einen kostenlosen Flughafentransfer.
Auf booking war der Weg falsch beschrieben. dort stand, man könne das Hotel vom Ostbahnhof (Haikou Dong) aus zu Fuß erreichen. Dem war nicht so.

Happy with the breakfast served with varieties.
Was sauppressed to find that a can of their own brand beer and a can of soft drink provided in the fridge as complementary drinks.
Very nice and helpful hose-keeping team.
Appreciate the complementary airport shuttle service.
Complementary supper serving noodles which is also a surprise to me.
Location wise is a bit off from most attractions. Closest mall is WuYue which is about 25 mins walking from hotel. Entrance to hotel site is not prominent, especially taking transport back from town in the night. Transport will have to go through some small lane that made me feel a bit uneasy.
Shower area is a bit small with no facility to hang cloth chage, All have to be left outside shower
Coffee bar is rather new and took a while to serve my order after placing through apps. Apparently, the staff missed my order. Howerver, they tried to make me happy by ofering me a free desert. The coffee served was just luke warm and not hot.
There is also proper lunch and dinner set up in the hotel though theyt provdie free supper (noodles)
