Location is up hill ,outwith centre ,we walked into town takes about 20 minutes, and taxi back ,views are great and rooftop area lovely,sun loungers and a seated area in the shade,pool area is well kept and clean,the fob we had to enter did not have key to unlock gate and get out ,had to put hand through railing to use fob to unlock that way,i did notify apartment regards this and also another minor issue i had ,they reply quickly,i will also mention use wifi code on modem ,as the one on check in dets and on room welcome board was incorrect,again apartment replied and helped ,the kitchen is well equipped full oven ,washing machine,coffee maker etc , bed comfy,plenty coat hangers,the fans in bedroom and living area are great,we did not use the air-conditioning,and did not see an iron as did not require,so don't know if is one, photos are a match to the apartment,we
had a lovely stay
Apartment could do with more towels,and we did encounter a lot ants in kitchen and few in bathroom,during our stay,obviously due to heat

Понравилось практически все, вид прекрасный, как и с балкона так и с террасы. В квартире есть все необходимое( кондиционер, фен, утюг, посуда, полотенце, оборудованная кухня и дополнительные спальные вещи..). При заселение, нас ждал приятный сюрприз от хозяев, сладости и вино))) спасибо)). На территории, расположения квартиры, есть общий бассейн, чистый, ухоженный и охраняемый. Поэтому везде порядок. Расположение, для кого-то может показаться далеким и сложным. К морю, пешком минут 20. Обратно, идти в верх, но это не проблема, город Нерха, изумителен и красив, можно идти, наслаждаться видами и местными достопримечательностями). Парковка есть на улице, общая, мест достаточно, в гараже есть крытая парковка, отдельное место, 15 евр в сутки. Так же есть лифт, маленькая приятность, учитывая что апартаменты на втором этаже). Терраса с совсем необходимым, лежаки с матрасами, мангал, единственное, не было зонта, чего очень не хватало. (Возможно он и есть, просто забыли оставить для нас). Фирма, что сдает апартаменты, была всегда, в необходимость, на связи, если есть вопросы, они рады ответить. Немного была некомфортно кровать. Нам было очень приятно, провести сдесь время отдыха, приедим еще)))
