Property was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. Smart tv and wifi instructions in a blue folder. There's a large shower rather than a bath with shower over this suited us, but if you had small children, you may prefer a property with a bath too. The road it was on wasn't too busy. There was a handy shop over the road for anything we had forgotten. There is a second toilet downstairs in the utility room very useful when there's a group of you. Bed linen and towels provided were clean. Laminate flooring downstairs is dog friendly, although we didn't take our dog this time due to visiting and planned meals out. The kitchen also had a small air fryer, which was very useful. The basics of washing up liquid, pot washing sponge, and cloth and tea towel were provided also salt and oil. We arrived after dark and parked road side, there is a drive way that isn't immediately obvious at the front through double gates, the kerb isn't dropped but it's not a high kerb so easily accessible if you really didn't want your car on the road. There is outside seating in the good-sized rear garden.
We slept well in our beds .
We met the cleaning lady as we were leaving she was friendly and polite.
Nice trip out to the trincomalee ship, can recommend sambuca restaurant .
There's a lack of mirrors, none in the bathroom or bedrooms there was only 1 mirror a full length free standing one that was tucked under the stairs in the hallway so we repositioned it on the upstairs landing, tricky with 3 women all trying to get ready at the same time and 1 bloke trying to get a look in. There is an arty partly frosted mirror over the mantelpiece, nice but no use as a mirror.
There are no locks on the bathroom or toilet doors. We made an announcement before using the loo.
The handle is loose on the bathroom door inside.
No bin in the bathroom. We just put a carrier bag in there to use as one.
Some areas don't have draw curtains just nets, the dining room (although there is a large hedge screening this room from the road), upstairs landing, kitchen, however they are where you need them most in the living room and bedrooms so we managed.
The back garden gate is missing completely, so it's not fully enclosed if you were taking a dog or small children.
The council black bin lid is missing.

Not properly Hoovering, dog or car hair living room and two bedroom and no mirrors in bath rooms,
And specially bathroom doors locked must be fixed,
