En William és una persona molt amable i hospitalària. La habitació té tot de detalls de cortesia: sabó per dutxar-se, sabatilles i raspall de dents. La habitació està neta i nova amb un aire condicionat que refredava bé i era silenciós. La habitació també tenia bon il·luminació: una llum a la tauleta de nit per poder llegir i llums fortes per veure bé. És se'ns dubte un dels millor allotjaments als que hem estat en tot Malàisia sobretot per la curs dels detalls.
La entrada a l'allotjament, al ser estreta i amb reixes, dóna una sensació inicial equivocada del que al final acaba sent l'allotjament.
