Everything was amazing. The roof top pool was the best. So relaxing as soon as you stepped up there.

The hotel was excellent. All staff were helpful and special thanks to Harish and Luke for singing and presenting me with a small cake with a lit up candle as it was my birthday. Buffet breakfast was plentiful with big variety.
Lovely hotel and I will be back again to try out the Spa facilities.
The hotel garage was hardly accessible but not too much of an issue as street parking was available

We had a fantastic experience at the Reef Hotel & Spa! A special shoutout goes to Clizia at reception and Sophia from housekeeping - both went out of their way to support us, especially during the challenging two days when nearly the entire island experienced hours-long power outages. Their care made all the difference, and they were always so wonderful to stop and have a pleasant chat with.
Every detail of our stay was top-notch; breakfast was a daily highlight - beautifully varied, featuring fresh, seasonal produce, and offering something new to try nearly every morning.
Our room and bed were exceptionally comfortable, offering captivating views of the Gozitan landscape.
Though the hotel maintains a charming, intimate scale, there is plenty of space to relax. We loved having access to three pools (two outdoor and one indoor in the spa) and being just a short walk from the heart of Marsalforn village, the beach, shops, and restaurants.
I was also thrilled to hear they are introducing afternoon tea sessions this winter - I’ll definitely be making a point to return during the colder months to try it out.

The pool snack bar in the Olive Grove area opens at 11:00, with food service starting at 12:00. However, whenever we stayed by the pool around that time, it was barely noticeable that the bar was actually open. Having a server walk around the deckchairs to share daily specials or take drink and food orders would be a huge benefit, not only for guest convenience, but as a great upselling opportunity for the hotel. Nevertheless, this was just a minor observation and did not at all take away from the wonderful time we had at the property.

The location is excellent. The hotel itself is modern and has beautifully designed rooms and common areas. It also has an underground car park.
The breakfast was excellent, with a very good selection. The staff was hepful, friendly and welcoming.
