The flat was clean and close to the town centre. Designated parking space was essential, as the street was parked up on both sides. Asda and Morrisons supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Lots of take away food places nearby. Property manager was helpful when the wifi was not working.
Not really "luxury". Some of the furniture was very shabby, some light bulbs not working and there wasn't a toaster. No hand wash provided so bring your own. Neighbours were noisy during the night, but that can happen anywhere.

The location is great, as its walking distance from the town centre. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable
I wouldn't describe it as a luxury apartment. It could definitely do with some TLC, especially in the bathroom where the bath panel is cracked/split and the glass shower pane has mouldy tape all over the bottom where it meets the bath.
It was also unfortunate that for our stay the WiFi didn't work, so we couldn't watch either of the smart TV's

We used cooking facilities which were more than
adequate. Having a refrigerator was great. The bed was particularly comfortable. The television needed a teenager to tune it, not eighty year old.
The surroundings were untidy. A good clean up would improve. However, the unit was clean and tidy.

It’s very close to the university, has a washing machine, is spacious and has a comfortable bed and a dedicated carpark.
It smelled overpowering like air freshener, the bathroom and kitchen are rundown, the dish cloths in the kitchen were smelly, there’s no toaster, the kitchen is minimally stocked, eg no bottle or can opener, there was no soap or tea and coffee and is advertised as luxury when the only luxury items are the towels. Might better be advised as a basic self contained spacious ground floor flat in a great location.
