The location of the site is excellent. Beautiful surroundings and the neighbouring people in other lodges were very friendly. The site was quiet and family/dog friendly. The lodge is in the most quiet and private pitch on the site that we could see. No overlooking lodges and beautiful overhanging trees. The balcony wraps from one site to the other and it’s enclosed so dog was secure. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen and living area was large and feel very homely. There is a small utility area at the entrance which was so useful to dry off the dog from the rain and keep our shoes away. Highly recommend to all families with dogs needing a break away.
There was nothing we didn’t like at all but just something that would have added to our stay would be an information sheet letting us know the pool hours, how to book in and about the additional charge for this. Also a map of the site showing paths, walking routes.

Brilliant lodge, Clean, beautiful, and great location in the park. Relaxing, just what we needed. Lovely walks, near the beach ( short car drive) Hasting was everything we expected and more. I'm definitely going back soon x
