Very disappointed. What looked like a great option turned out to be the opposite. Only saving thing of note was the loca

Great location. Building reception staff helpful and friendly

Significant Cockroach issue - every day several cockroaches were seen all over both in the kitchen and bathroom. The facilities were tired and in some disrepair… notably the shower door and the kitchen screen. The WiFi was poor with the tv constantly freezing. The apartment was noisy at night - no soundproofing meaning a lot of street noise from the McDonald’s opposite and the AC was old, noisy and not very efficient. The bed was also hard and uncomfortable resulting in not one good night there. Also, the communication was lacking with very slow / missing replies.

not recommended

The only positive thing was that the accommodation was very centrally located.

Extremely unfriendly customer service; moreover, I had two cockroaches in my room!

Great host, helped to problem solve when there was a cockroach issue. Wish the wifi was more stable

The design, the help from the host who brought in pest control due to the cockroaches.

The wifi connection was very inconsistent and unstable.

Malapit sa lahat ng pasyal, walking distance lang. Maraming mabibilhan ng food, hindi ka basta basta magugutom.

Malinis ang unit, maliban lang sa may ilan na maliliit na ipis na gumagapang sa kitchen sink.

Spacious, clean and has everything you need.Food, entertainment, groceries, pharmacy, bank, malls and clinic are widely available less than 5min walk.

Whats not to like, maybe the building. It does not have a luggage storage so all future bookings must consider this if you are coming from the airport and like myself back to back meetings but had to cancel and no other service available apart from naia.
