Quiet location, close to the city. Walking distance to everywhere. Close to supermarkets, farmacy and other services. Aircon throughout and great water pressure.
I think the kitchen was missing some basics like sugar, salt and pepper. We couldn't find a chopping board too.

The location is great, you can walk anywhere in 30 mins
Stayed on the ground floor, couldn’t open windows as many people pass through, the room was dark.

The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location is absolutely excellent. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, microwave, iron and ironing board. It’s especially convenient if you want to quickly heat up or prepare something to eat.
We were staying in a ground-floor/semi-basement apartment, and unfortunately, there was a very strong feeling of dampness throughout the apartment.
There was also a serious issue with the bathroom drainage. Whenever we took a shower or bath, the water would not drain properly and the bathroom floor would quickly become flooded. We had to find our own temporary solution to prevent the water from overflowing. I believe the drain may not be cleaned regularly enough, although it could also be related to the fact that the apartment is partially below ground level.
We also got the impression that this problem had been going on for some time, as the bottom part of the door appears to have swollen from prolonged exposure to moisture.
Hopefully, this issue can be addressed for future guests, as the apartment itself has many positive aspects.
