Posizione comoda, facilità di parcheggio, bella vista nonostante i ponteggi

Mi sono stati chiesti dei soldi in più per le pulizie dell’appartamento che non erano esplicitamente indicati al momento della prenotazione, a meno di non effettuare noi le pulizie ma non era fornito nulla per pulire (solo aspirapolvere). Preciso che per le pulizie mi sono state richieste cifre diverse, nei messaggi prima 60€, poi al telefono 80 e di persona 70€. Inoltre hanno richiesto anche una cauzione non precisata al momento della prenotazione, anche qui prima per messaggio me ne hanno chiesti 200, al check-in sono diventati 300. La porta d’ingresso aveva la serratura rotta, quasi come avessero tentato di scassinarla. Il divano letto è assolutamente da sostituire, scomodo ma soprattutto rumoroso.
