Breakfast was awesome staff very friendly
We were two in a room but was offered 1 litre of water
It was my birthday the on day of arrival I was promised a surprise but the surprise never happened

Perfect location, clean overall, easy instructions
Room gets nice warm, especially in the cold last week weather.
Little human presence. I guess I’m old school. But on lighter note - some issues still need human interaction while systems are being automated.

Special care from JPS (Junaid) in restaurant was amazing. His extra care and people at reception were so friendly and kind. Cleaning ladies were perfect
