Sotto l'appartamento c'e sempre un raduno di barboni drogati. In casa non c'è un estintore e non c'è l'allarme anti-incendio. L'armadio è minuscolo. Siamo arrivati molto stanchi e in casa c'era un forte odore di gas. Così abbiamo aperto le finestre e ci siamo addormentati. Al nostro risveglio l'odore era ancora forte. Volevamo fare una doccia ma l'acqua era congelata. Abbiamo contatto la struttura che dopo le 19.00 non risponde piu. Così il giorno dopo abbiamo ricontattato la struttura che ci ha consigliato di aprire poco acqua per 5 min e sarebbe venuta calda, nessun consiglio riguardo il gas. Ancora niente acqua calda! Abbiamo ricontattato la struttura e ci ha detto che avrebbe mandato un tecnico e per quanto riguarda il gas la ragazza ha detto che non poteva esserci una fuga di gas in quanto erano stati fatti dei controlli mesi prima. Siamo dovuti tornare a casa per aprire al tecnico e quindi perdere del tempo della nostra vacanza. Il tecnico viene cambia un pezzo della doccia e stringe una valvola del gas. Tutto sembra funzionare, ma no! Entro in doccia, acqua tiepida e di botto l'acqua era congelata. E l'odore di gas era ancora presente. Abbiamo ricontattato la struttura e abbiamo chiesto se potevano spostarci in quanto volevamo fare una doccia dopo 3 giorni. La signora ci ha risposto che non era possibile e che mandava di nuovo il tecnico. E quando è venuto non ha potuto cambiare il pezzo della doccia e ha confermato che non c'era nessuna perdita ma odore di sigarette! Pazzesco non siamo fumatori. La signora non é stata per niente accogliente continuava a trovare scuse senza nemmeno offrire niente per scusarsi che i principali servizi erano fuori uso. Alla fine ci ha offerto di rimanere un giorno in piu, ma come rimanere senza acqua e con la fuga di gas?.. Abbiamo contatto booking.com che ci ha aiutato a trovare un altra struttura fino alla nostra partenza e rimborsato gli ultimi giorni restanti.
