The most memorable part of my stay was the kindness and dedication of the female staff member who was taking care of the accommodation on site.
At check-in, I had some difficulty finding the room because I had not carefully checked the photos and instructions sent in advance. However, she was very patient and kind, explained everything clearly, and gave me helpful information about the accommodation, nearby locations, and anything important I needed to know.
What I am most grateful for happened on the day of my departure.
Because of extremely heavy rain and flooding around Samrong BTS, some streets were flooded up to knee level and traffic was almost completely paralyzed. I started trying to get to the airport about six hours before my flight, but no Grab driver would accept my booking.
The staff member did much more than I could have expected. She even used her own phone to try to book a Grab for me and continued trying for more than an hour. When it became clear that no Grab driver was going to accept the trip, she personally went outside to the street and tried to find a taxi for me.
By that point, I had already been unable to leave for almost three hours, and I was becoming seriously worried that I would miss my flight. Despite the terrible weather and flooding, she continued helping me until she finally managed to get me a taxi.
Thanks to her effort, I was able to reach the airport safely and catch my flight on time.
I understand that the owner may manage the accommodation remotely, but I especially want to thank the female staff member who was there in person and helped me throughout this difficult situation. Her patience, responsibility, and genuine willingness to help went far beyond normal service.
She truly deserves recognition for what she did.
Thank you so much. Because of her, what could have been a very stressful ending to my trip became a memory of exceptional hospitality. I would gladly stay here again.

En comparación con la zona de Lat Phrao donde nos alojamos al inicio del viaje, ésta nos pareció mejor porque era mucho menos ruidosa y tenías muchos servicios al alcance, pero está un poquito alejada del transporte público (a unos 20 min andando desde el hotel). El check in fue muy rápido ya que el hotel nos envío por booking el número de habitación y la passw para coger la llave desde la entrada principal. Vimos a la dueña al día siguiente y amablemente nos dio su número de whatsap y nos envió algunas recomendaciones turísticas por la ciudad. La habitación correcta para el precio que pagamos aunque las instalaciones necesitan un poco de reforma, pero si vas a estar todo el día fuera visitando la ciudad, por el precio de la habitación es correcto.
La ubicación, un poco lejos del transporte público más cercano (línea verde de Sky Train, la que pasa por las zonas más céntricas de la ciudad, lo cual fue positivo), a unos 20 min andando. Le pedimos a la dueña hacer un check out más tarde (a las 15h) pero solo nos dejó hasta las 12h. Fue el primer hotel que en el check out nos pidió que esperáramos mientras revisaban que la habitación estuviera correcta, fue raro pero es algo bastante común en Tailandia. El balcón está tapiado, la habitación tiene una pequeña salida al exterior pero tienen una chapa de metal que impide ver nada (un poco claustofóbico y raro), me pareció negativo ya que en las fotos de booking no se indica que sea así, sino que pone que tiene balcón.
