Very helpful since we got the 2nd floor (because of vertigo). And instant help when there was an issue. Ex key box code

The room was perfect for long stay. It has everything you need from the washing machine with drying feature in the shower room. Cooking area with pots and pan with ventilation system. Quality bed and free amenities provided.

The location is not too bad if your focus is kuromon but you most likely will have to walk to Namba station. Around a 1.2km walk
