Regular Ibis Experience. CLean, neat, comfy beds, good breakfast options. Well situated in BKC for Infocomm at Jio World participation. Very friendly outside staff who remembered us from last year, it was very pleasant
inside personnel could be working better to match with what required. Example: evening time we asked admin lady in restaurant for some sandwiches in carry bag to be prepared by the time we leave to conference. Was it promised? yes. Was it done ? No.
And their taxi service is VERY strangely priced. 1800 for airport transfer vs 400 on Uber XL. hm hm

Very compact rooms, no space for air, small asks also charged like tea in a room should be delivered as breakfast is included

Good location and amenities
They charge you for minimum needs like water and cutlery. i asked for plates and spoons and ended up paying around 1100 Rupees. This is totally unacceptable and unfair. The night staff is pretty rude and neglectful too
