Great location, closed to 3 train stations : Itabashi, Shin-Itabashi and Shimo-Itabashi. Variety of eateries in the neighbourhood. I can feel living in residential area like a real Tokyoite!!
There is only 1 shower room for all 12 guests staying here. I would recommend that making a unisex restroom with 2 shower rooms would be optimal. No need to have separated female WC, as most guests are male.

入り口の鍵がスムーズに開いた
たまたまだったと思うけど、ずーっと電話しながら行ったり来たりしてる人がいて部屋から出れなかった、部屋の数の割にシャワーが少ないと思った

３つの駅(東上線下板橋/都営三田線新板橋駅/JR埼京線板橋駅)にほど近く、コンビニも各方向にあり、お弁当屋さんも徒歩１分位にあるので便利。
チェック・イン/アウトとも、タブレットで済むので、煩わしさもない。
各ブースもシングル以上の広さで、手元にUSB電源/コンセント/照明があるので、楽々です。
トイレ等の水回りが別だったので、静かに過ごせました。
シャワーブースが少ない。トイレも少ない。ロッカーが分かりづらい。

ベッドは天井が程よい高さなので窮屈感がないです。
ベッド内は綺麗でした。
共有部分のシャワー室やトイレは清掃が行き届いていません。シャワーは共有で1つしかないのでシャワーに入るタイミングは考えなくてはいけない。
バスタオルが無料で貸出してもらえるのですが、臭いバスタオルの時があったので結局自分のバスタオルを使用していました。
長期で宿泊している方が何人かいて、男性の方が半裸でウロウロしたりロビーのソファで寝ていたりしています。
