Nice studio, located near restaurants, a supermarket, you can walk to the central part if you feel like it - about 30 min. Large TV, good internet, equipped with what you would need for your stay. Curtains and external shutters on the windows, which block any light. You can park in the area for free.
Hot water was not reliable - you try your luck, maybe once or twice a day you get some.
Not very quiet, as the street is steep and any traffic sounds loud, and you hear your neighbors a lot through the walls.

The place has a nice location. The beach is 10 min walk away, and the center is about 20-30 min. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. There is a grocery store and bakery nearby. There are wonderful beaches about 10-20 min by car. The location is in a remote neighborhood and it is very quiet
Although it says there are parking spaces, the whole street was full of cars and it was a bit difficult for us to find a space. We had to park on other streets. The terrace was very dirty (maybe they forgot to clean it). We booked 4 nights and during that time no one came to change the towels, sheets or clean the floor. There were no garbage bags left for us to throw away ourselves. We had no hot water for the last two days. The worst thing was the floor because there was nothing left for us to clean it with.
